This week marks a significant milestone for me as I've just completed my 14th week at SMK Perimbun, and it's been quite an eventful one. Despite the challenges posed by various school programs, I've managed to navigate through it all, making the most of the experiences along the way.
One of the noteworthy events this week was the "Program Solidariti Palestine." It was a touching and educational program that shed light on the plight of the Palestinian people. This event allowed us to learn about the importance of solidarity and humanitarian aid, reinforcing the values of compassion and empathy.
Additionally, the school arranged for a delightful treat for the students by bringing in a Milo truck. I must admit; the chocolatey goodness of Milo was a delightful surprise, and I, like many of my fellow students, thoroughly enjoyed it. It's these little moments that add a dash of joy to our busy school lives.
Additionally, in this week, there were many subject teachers involved in the speaking test preparations, I was called upon to provide relief for several classes. It was a busy but fulfilling experience, as I had the opportunity to step in and support my fellow teachers and ensure that the students' learning wasn't interrupted.
Amidst all the hustle and bustle, I also managed to create memorable moments with the students during these relief periods. We engaged in various activities, and one that stood out was the "Saidina" game. This board game not only brought fun and excitement to the classroom but also served as a valuable educational tool, enhancing critical thinking and strategic skills among the students.
In retrospect, this week has been a whirlwind of events, from educational programs to delicious treats and relief teaching. It has reinforced my commitment to providing the best learning experiences for my students and being there for my colleagues when they needed it. As I continue my journey at SMK Perimbun, I look forward to more such weeks filled with opportunities for growth, learning, and making lasting memories with both students and fellow educators.
Below, I include my SWOT analysis for this week.
